Delivery Information

Your order is under Laileb's responsibility and guarantee until it is delivered to you by the courier company.

The product you purchase is prepared specifically for you according to the preferences you specified during the order process. All orders will be securely delivered to your specified address in a special box, complete with a product certificate, invoice, delivery note, and, if necessary, a gift note. If you wish, you can provide different delivery and billing addresses so that your invoice reaches you and your gift reaches your loved ones.

The delivery time for your order to the courier company is specified on the product details page. It may vary between countries. (1-3 business days for products in stock, 7-10 business days for products requiring production, plus the courier delivery time.) Prepared orders are delivered to the courier company excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and bank holidays. The courier company delivers on all days except Sundays, public holidays, and bank holidays. You will be notified by email when your order reaches the courier company.

Check your ordered products against the delivery note upon delivery. If you suspect any items are missing or damaged, have the courier report them and do not accept the package. Please notify the courier using the contact form at www.laileb.com. We will conduct the necessary inspections, and your order will be delivered to you as soon as possible. By receiving your product, you acknowledge that the courier company has fulfilled its duty.
