After creating your Laileb.com membership or logging in via social media, you can start shopping immediately. You can search for brands or products you're interested in, select your desired products, color, and size options, add them to your cart, and complete your purchase by filling in your shipping and payment information.
When making a payment, your credit card information is encrypted using 128-bit SSL and automatically transmitted to the bank where the payment is processed, and authorization is obtained. During this process, your information is only sent to the bank; neither Laileb.com nor our company stores your information.
Since we have an agreement with UPS, you can shop from any country where UPS transportation is not a problem.

4- Payments are accepted with credit cards from all international banks.
We are not yet accepting orders with the cash on delivery option.
Yes. There's a distinction between shipping and billing addresses on the checkout page. You can add the address you want to send the gift to as the delivery address. This way, the item you want to send as a gift will be sent to the address you specify upon delivery. You can also send gift cards to help your loved ones purchase the items they want.
All products purchased from Laileb.com are delivered to our partner UPS courier company within 1-4 business days. For orders in the Netherlands, Russia, Turkey, and the UK, the estimated delivery time is 4 business days, and for orders from other countries, it is 7-10 business days. We do not deliver to countries where UPS does not have an office. Payments will be refunded after the bank fee is deducted.
For orders placed through Laileb.com, shipping is free worldwide, as long as the order volume does not exceed 1 cubic meter and is over €4,000. Orders under €4,000 are subject to a shipping fee, which you can pay upon pickup or by paying online.
The satisfaction of our valued customers is always our top priority. If you wish to return your product, we will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible, subject to the following conditions:
You can return your products with all accessories, provided that the product's protective film has not been opened, the labels are intact, the product is unused, and in resaleable condition within two days of the invoice date. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you with a refund. Therefore, upon receipt, we recommend that you test your products as soon as possible to avoid any damage to the product or labels. If you find any unsuitable products, you can return them to us as described above.
You can send your returns free of charge via UPS Cargo. You will be notified by email when your return shipment arrives. After the products are verified to ensure they meet the return requirements, refunds for accepted returns will be sent to your bank within 3 business days. Your refund will be processed by your bank according to your payment method; purchases made in installments will be refunded in installments. You can track the refund process by contacting your bank. The refund must be made in a manner that does not cause any losses to our company. Bank fees and shipping fees will be deducted, and the remaining payment will be made to you.
Underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, and gift cards cannot be returned.
The return must be within 2 days of the invoice date.
The product's original packaging must be intact and unopened.
The packaging of cosmetic products and items such as swimsuits must be in hygiene strips.
The product's protective tape must not be opened.
Product labels and logos, if any, must not be removed.
The product must be in a resaleable condition.
