Returns Policy

You can return most new, unopened items within 1 day of delivery. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks after we deliver your package to the return carrier, but in most cases, the refund will be processed faster. This timeframe includes the transit time for your return to reach us from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return after receiving it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item" button. Once we receive and process the returned item, we will notify you via email about your refund.

Shipping
We can ship to almost any address in the world with UPS. Please note that some products are subject to restrictions and are not eligible for international shipping.

When you place an order, we will provide you with estimated shipping and delivery dates based on your product's availability and your chosen shipping options. Depending on your chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates can be found on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that shipping costs for many products we sell are determined by weight. The weight of such products can be found on the product details page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
